The house is on the edge of the pedestrian and cycle path that leads to all beaches : Your Private Beach (Iles des Marinas - 300m), “blond sandy” Beach Richelieu (950m) , Beach of Rochelongue , Beach of the Mole, Beach of La plagette , Beach of La Roquille , Naturist Beach. Last but not least, the "Plage de la Grande Conque" is one of the most beautiful sites in Cap d'Agde. It is a volcanic beach, with fine, black sand and fine pebbles. Surrounding the beach are cliffs which break off into two sets of stacks known as Les Deux Frères, otherwise known as two brothers. It is truly beautiful.
